I’ve learned over and over again that conflict doesn’t have to be something that we suppress and avoid at all costs. Conflict can in fact be a catalyst for change and deeper connection.  We can use our disagreements, differing perspectives, and moments of disconnection to harness creativity, unearth what matters most to us, and come together to restore harmony to our relationships.
