Hello!

I help individuals and groups move beyond the challenges of “either/or” and into the creative possibilities of “both/and.”

As a student of peace, nonviolence, collaboration and conflict for more than 25 years, I have dedicated most of my life to studying the ways that humans move in and out of connectedness with themselves, each other, and the wider world. I started this journey in a peer-mediator program when I was 10, and have been hooked ever since. While I’ve learned a lot since that first deep dive, one thing remains true: this is what I’m here to do in this life.

Whether I’m working with inspired individuals, multi-stakeholder groups, non-profit organizations, purpose-driven companies, prisons and schools, or eco-villages and intentional communities, I bring a sincere passion for supporting teams and individuals to harness the power and insights of each voice and channel it towards discovering solutions that truly work for all involved. This work includes 1:1 coaching, facilitating collaborative processes, training and consulting, and conflict transformation.

My work and life are both informed and enriched by frameworks such as Nonviolent Communication, Convergent Facilitation, Internal Family Systems, restorative circles and other restorative justice practices, Kingian Nonviolence, Process Work, Reinventing Organizations, Dynamic Governance, yoga philosophy, body-centered trauma healing and somatics, and other modalities that teach and remind me how to hold the complexity of our world and the challenges we collectively face with full presence, empathy, togetherness, and compassion.

I’m most excited to work with individuals, projects, and organizations that are working on addressing the social and environmental challenges of our times, and who want to do their part in creating a world that truly works for all. If that’s you, let’s talk!
